Sr Sugasni Gunasaigaran is a Registered Valuer and accomplished property professional with more than a decade of experience across valuation, property management, and real estate advisory. She currently leads the Seremban branch of Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd, where she is responsible for technical operations, client advisory services, and the professional development of her valuation team.

Academically, Sr Sugasni has consistently excelled. She holds an MBA from Universiti Putra Malaysia, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Property Management and a Diploma in Valuation from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia — graduating with First Class Honours in all three programmes. Her strong academic foundation is reinforced by professional accreditations that establish her credibility and leadership in the field.

She is licensed by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP) as a Valuer, Estate Agent, Appraiser, and Property Manager, and is an active member of both the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and the Association of Private Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (PEPS).

Before joining Raine & Horne in 2018, she served as a Valuation Officer with JPPH under the Ministry of Finance, advising Federal and State Governments, GLCs, and statutory bodies on statutory valuations, privatization projects, forensic valuation, and insolvency cases. She also contributed to the Malaysia Property Market Report and trained assistant valuation officers. Her earlier career in banking provided valuable insight into property financing and credit assessment.

Today, Sr Sugasni is recognised for her professionalism, precision, and leadership, consistently delivering high-quality, data-driven property solutions to both public and private sector clients.
