Our auctioneers are licensed professionals with experience in auctioning all types of assets from properties, vehicles, goods and chattels to commercial plants and equipment. MARKET RESEARCH & FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Conducting and preparing market research for the purpose of determining the highest and best use of land and ascertaining appropriate development proposal.Preparing feasibility studies relating to new development projects, subdivisions and/or renovation and refurbishment to existing buildings.


FORENSIC VALUATION

Generally, instructions only come when there is dissatisfaction involving fraud and irregularities. In such scenarios, we can provide independent advice as well as expert witness and if an agreement cannot be reached, follow the case through to Court.


BIOLOGICAL ASSETS VALUATION

In an agricultural environment, biological assets are produced, sold or transformed into agricultural produce, which came from controlled processes that manage their growth and maturation. In contrast to conventional fixed assets such as machinery, the values of biological assets constantly change over time as dictated by their own growth cycle that includes growth, degeneration, production and procreation.


BUILDING AUDIT

This is a bespoke forensic examination of the property, an in-depth inspection and report, including photographs, a schedule of essential repairs, technical advice and detailed summary with a valuation if required. A ‘post-survey’ service can be provided to discuss the content of the report with appropriate costings of major repairs.


PROPERTY INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY

Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd offers consultancy and advise on a wide variety of issues. In order to meet our clients’ needs and requirements, our team of professionals will undertake the following efforts:

      b) the purposes of submissions in securing approvals from the authorities in matters pertaining to development privatisation schemes.
